Among these, the in-depth collaboration discussions with global ICT giant Huawei in 2020 marked a significant milestone, demonstrating the potential and scalability of Mokibo's technology.
[Project Galileo]: The Meeting of Huawei and Mokibo
On December 8, 2020, Huawei, Darfon Technology, and Innopresso (then the developer of Mokibo) initiated comprehensive discussions for the development of a future input device. Named 'Project Galileo,' this collaboration aimed to explore ways to integrate Mokibo's Fusion Keyboard technology into Huawei's next-generation products.
Pursuing Innovation Built on Trust
During the initial discussions, Mokibo proposed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for technical security, but Huawei politely declined. Nevertheless, based on high trust and strong expectations for Mokibo's innovative Fusion Keyboard technology, Huawei decided to proceed with prototype development without an NDA. This decision underscores the unique value and proven capability of Mokibo's technology.
Prototype Development Process:

January 20, 2021: Finalization of Mokibo sensor and product design was completed.

April 17, 2021: Huawei paid for the prototype development, showing its continued commitment to the project.

June 18, 2021: The Huawei prototype, incorporating Fusion Keyboard technology, was successfully completed and delivered.
The Story After
Following the prototype delivery, direct communication with Huawei ceased. Subsequently, on September 4, 2025, Huawei launched its own product featuring a concept similar to Mokibo's Fusion Keyboard.
Mokibo holds core patent rights for Fusion Keyboard technology in major countries worldwide, including China. Accordingly, Mokibo plans to acquire Huawei's similar product to thoroughly analyze any potential infringement of its intellectual property rights. Mokibo will continue to do its best to maintain a cooperative relationship with Huawei.
